25% deposit required for all bookings (non-refundable).
5-day Covid cancellation guarantee. If you have to cancel your session for any Covid related reason with at least 7 days notice, we will refund your deposit in full. Any cancellations made with less than 5 days notice will sadly not be eligible for a refund. We have to prepare for the parties in advance which also includes purchasing snacks and refreshments. However, it is for this reason that we reduced the deposit required from 50% to 25% which means there is now much less risk involved for the customer.
Please ensure you don’t over-estimate the numbers attending as we must charge for the original amount of people booked.
£28 for each additional person taking part on the day (payable by card or cash).
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. We also accept BACS and cash.
Please advise us of your chosen track at your earliest convenience so we can obtain them and email them to you in advance. This will allow your party members sufficient time to listen and learn the tracks. We highly recommend doing this to improve the quality of the end result!
Snacks such as crisps, popcorn and nuts are provided. Please advise us in advance if you have any specific dietary requirements.
We’re happy for you to bring alcohol on the day however please do so within reason. The studio contains expensive and irreplaceable equipment therefore we request that participants respect their surroundings and behave appropriately.
We will do all we can to make your experience as enjoyable as possible and welcome any feedback or suggestions. Due to the nature of the studio premises, we regret that wheelchair access is limited, particularly in regards to the toilet facilities. Please advise us in advance if this may cause you any problems so we can do everything within our ability to provide an adequate solution.
